The premises at 193 Watford Road have been in the Family for over 45 years, being passed on from generation to generation. Following in his Grandads and Dads footsteps Danny Patel and his business partner Ben Foster have embarked on a new venture together.
Nubio Ltd which was incorporated in March 2024, will become the new occupants. Nubio’s aim is to provide high quality and competitively priced flooring to the local an surrounding areas. With a team of 6 fitters, Nubio also offers a fitting service.
Background
Danny has worked in the City for 20 years as a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager, having worked on a number of signature projects such as 11-15 Grosvenor Crescent, Middle Eight Hotel and Sopwell House to name just a few.
Whilst Ben has been in the Flooring business for circa 15 years, previously being a Director of a firm in Ealing which predominately worked in the high end Central London market. Having built a reputation for quality and service, Ben had thoughts of expanding into different sectors.
Having been friends for over 20 years and following a few conversations they saw an opportunity to utilizing each other’s network and expertise, and in early 2024 from a café in Cassiobury, Watford, Nubio was formed.
